FAQ

Is this a football wristband or playbook wristband?  It’s a premium flag football wrist coach — what some players call a QB wristband or playbook wristband. It holds three play sheets securely so you read the call fast.

What size should I order?  Youth (4"×2"), Medium (4.75"×2.50"), or Adult. Check the size guide, and note there’s also a female-fit version tapered for girls’ and women’s wrists.

Left or right wrist?  Both — choose the one that puts it on the non-throwing arm.

How do I load my plays?  Slide printed sheets under the window; the grip holds them flat through contact. It’s compatible with FirstDown PlayBook formatted sheets.
